We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that plans can change. If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded due to a change of mind, as we may have already begun processing your order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at dreamscape0725@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already shipped within the 24-hour window, we may be unable to cancel it.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected item(s) and, when applicable, the packaging
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
You do not need to return damaged, defective, or incorrect items to us unless we specifically request otherwise. If a return is ever requested by us, we will provide instructions and cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part or the entire order qualifies for a refund.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
